Please check your jewellery at the time of pickup or delivery. If there is a manufacturing defect, tell us within 7 days and we will repair or exchange the piece.
Gold and silver jewellery can be exchanged at the shop at the day's rate, as per our exchange terms. Making charges and GST are not refundable. Customised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
